Deacon Frank was raised in West Hartford, CT and attended Assumption College in Worcester, Ma, graduating with a B.A. in Biology and a minor in Education. Following college, he earned an M.S. in Education from Providence College. He taught for six years in the Attleboro school system, opened one of the first video stores in the Northeast in 1979. He was most recently the vice president of an international trade association since April, 2000.
For over ten years, Deacon Frank has directed the Diocese of Fall River Christian Leadership Institute (CLI). He is the chair and a director of the Diocese of Fall River YES! Retreat program. Frank is the youth minister at St Dominic parish in Swansea, MA and has given various presentations to youth groups and pastoral leaders, and has led retreats and training programs throughout the diocese for over 25 years.
Deacon Frank was ordained on October 12, 2013 as a Roman Catholic Deacon. He is married to his wife Kristine of 38 years and is the father of two daughters, two sons-in-law and a three grandsons.

Fr. David Frederici was raised in Harwich, MA and attended Holy Trinity Parish in West Harwich. Fr. David attended Worcester State College, graduating with a B.A. in History in 1993. Following college, he earned a Certificate in Philosophical Studies from Seton Hall University. He worked for the YMCA Cape Cod and the May Institute. In 1998, Fr. David attended St. John’s Seminary, earning a Masters in Divinity and was ordained by Bishop Sean O’Malley on June 9, 2001.
He has served as Parochial Vicar at Our Lady of Victory in Centerville (2001-05), St. John the Evangelist in Pocasset, and St. Elizabeth Seton Parish in North Falmouth (2010-11), Chaplain and Director of Pastoral Care at Cape Cod Hospital(2005-110). In 2010, Fr. David was appointed Chaplain at UMass Dartmouth and Assoc. Chaplain at St. Luke’s Hospital, New Bedford.
In June 2013 Bishop George Coleman, Bishop of Fall River, appointed Fr. David Diocesan Director of Campus Ministry and Pastor of St. John the Evangelist in Pocasset. In addition, he is the Chaplain to Catholic scouting for the Diocese of Fall River and Chairs the Technology Committee for the Catholic Campus Ministry Association.
Fr. David has worked with the ECHO program on Cape Cod, the Diocese of Fall River Christian Leadership Institute and has given various presentations to youth groups and pastoral leaders, Theology on Tap programs, and led retreats and parish missions.
